Add a node to NCM, shows already exists?

So we had two Cisco Nexus 7018s change hostname, but not IP address.  Now I noticed that solarwinds is not pulling down the configs from the new switch names.  I checked in NCM settings and they now show not licensed by NCM, but when I click on the host and hit Add nodes to NCM, a window pops up stating "Nodes with the same IP already exist in NCM"  Yet when I search in the NCM settings under that IP, only the one unlicensed device shows up?  Hopefully this makes sense.  I can post screen shots if necessary.
