How are others out there using NCM to manage ACLS? I am just curious.

I am just curious how others are using NCM to manage ACLs. Looking for idea to improve. We are using snippets and even though we have sequence numbers, we are still uploading the entire ACL when we do changes. Looking for a more efficient solution/method/process inside NCM. It works fine, but just want to streamline what's getting uploaded.
