import/export change scripts?

Hello!

I am using NCM 7.3.2.  I must be blind, but is there no way to import and export config change scripts into NCM?  I understand you can copy commands from a text file but if you have comments, a naming convention, etc it would be nice to just import the entire thing.  Am I missing something?
