I'm trying to setup NCM device inventory so everyone will be able to find an ip/mac/etc via the web instead of using the application. When i use the NCM application and search for my ip I can find it, the mac address, and device who's ARP table it appears on. When I try it from the website, it says it can't find anything. I'm using the "Find connected port for end host". Is this the wrong search field to find inventory? What could I check to make sure it's working reliably?
