I'm running NCM Connector for Cisco SmartAdvisor and having problems getting reports to complete successfully.
On the NCM Connector I'm showing a Status = Error and can't download reports.
When I check the transaction on the SmartAdvisor Portal i see "Processing Complete with Errors - Service Coverage Pending" and reports available for 17 of 20 devices processed. The errors are due to 3 ASA devices having an unsupported OS Type for CDS.
My question is... Is this error preventing NCM Connector from completing successfully? As you can see in the screen shot, I can't download the reports.
