F5 on NCM 7.5 - get "protocol is not supported error" backing up UCS file

Hi,

 

I've been trying at this for a few hours, trying to do an F5 ucs binary backup.  I have moved to the new template provided with 7.5 and whenever I attempt to get a "startup config" which is the ucs binary I get the following error:

 

Config not downloaded. Check commands or file names and retry.

Protocol is not supported for binary configuration files transfer

 

When I run through the wizard to check things out, the general device access "test" button is successful.  When I download the "Running Config" that is also successful.  When I run the scp string in the template manually I am able to create the file and do the SCP copy.  It basically only seems to break when run from the template and I don't get any kind of debug output as to why.

 

Help???

 

 

As you can see from the below test output, I do have the "Advanced Shell" working on the service account:
