Hostname config change based on csv

I am trying to push out a hostname config change for the estate where I presently work (approx 150  devices).

Obviously the hostname will be different for each device (usual conventions based on device type, location etc), therefore I want to get NCM to read the management IP address on the device and do a lookup for that same IP address from a csv file and return the assigned hostname, write the new hostname to the device and wr mem.

Any ideas anyone?
