Error: A query to the SolarWinds Information Service failed. Since upgrade to 12

Hi,

This has been with SolarWinds Support for a while and they keep closing the ticket without giving me a fix, just keep asking for more logs?

Some of my views get the error "Error: A query to the SolarWinds Information Service failed."  the below are Volume Details, 3 separate columns, columns 1 and 2 don't work 3 does

1. filter = Nodes.CustomProperties.Environment = 'BAU' and nodes.MachineType not like 'VMWARE*'
2. filter = Nodes.Environment = 'BAU'
3. filter = nodes.MachineType = 'VMware ESX Server'

So the issue seems to be with the custom property we have called Environment, these worked in 11.5?

Any help would be great, there are random pages online about using CAPS and things but nothing seems to work?
