NCM Doesn't Appear in my Orion Console except at the bottom listing the version number.

It was installed on the server I am using for SW and the orion service was restarted.  I see NCM and it's version number listed at the bottom along with the other modules I have installed
but I can't find it in my menu options to add nodes to the NCM service.  Any advice would be appreciated.
