NCM Management of ASA5505 not working

I'm attempting to add an ASA5505 to NCM.  The ASA is configured to use TACACS for login/enable to our ACS server.  This configuration is set up correctly.  I am able to SSHv2 via Putty to the same interface that NCM is attempting to connect to, from the same box that NCM is installed on.  I see successful logins being logged to our ACS.

When testing the functionality under the ASAs node properties, I see a successful login on the ACS, but never an attempt to enter privileged exec mode.  Expanding the "Credential login details" after performing the test, it shows that instead of "enable" being typed in, it is actually entering the username instead...below is the output with the username as "testuser"   (Note that "testuser" appears in the middle of the login banner for some reason)

I've been messing with this for the last two days.  Does anyone know what's going on?
