Rights required to manage policy rules?

Hi,

I've been given the assignment to create some policy rules for nodes on the company network so a policy violation report could be generated.

I only have read access (WebViewer) on the Orion NCM environment because I'm an intern at this company. The rights to my account group have been altered so I can manage reports but I'm unable to manage policy rules, which I want to create for this report.

Is there an option to also allow me to manage policy rules similar to the way I'm now allowed to manage reports?

Or is the option to manage policy roles only available to users with the administrator roles?
