Configuring TFTP Server through NCM

Hi,

When I try and configure the TFTP server through NCM, it does not update the new settings to the TFTP server. For example, if I go through the browser and I change the root TFTP directory to 'C:\', it will not change the settings on the TFTP server (It will stay on 'C:\TFTP-Root'). The only way to change the settings is to go through the TFTP server itself. Is it not possible to do through the browser?

Here is what i followed from the manual:

Adjusting the SolarWinds TFTP Server Settings (Web)

You can adjust the TFTP Server that NCM uses for file transfers from within the

Orion Web Console.

To adjust TFTP Server settings:

1. Open the Orion Web Console. 338  Configuring TFTP, Secure Copy/SFTP, SMTP Server

2. Click Settings.

3. Click NCM Settings.

4. Click TFTP Server under Network.

5. Select Allow me to specify the IP address of the TFTP server to prevent

NCM from resolving the IP address you enter.

6. Enter the IP address of the TFTP Server.

7. Specify the config transfer directory and click Validate.

8. Click Submit
