Currently using NCM 7.2.2. Initialize the configuration backup and job goes in initializing state. After spending hours when job was not started, try to cancell the job. But unfortunately cancellation also got stuck.
I removed the device from NCM and it job was cleared from transfer stuck. Still having lots of devices job stuck and we don't want to loose old configuration backup data.
Anybody have the solution.
